- Cleaning & fuel: €10 if returned dirty; €2/L for missing fuel.
Full insurance (80% of damages) • Casco (third-party damages, if you are not at fault).
📞 In case of accident: Call the Police (129) and CRC +355 684028467. Do not admit fault, complete the report.
Prohibited use: passenger transport for fee, racing, off-road, overloaded, restricted areas.
Outside Albania only in Macedonia, Montenegro, Kosovo (with prior notice).

📎 Annex 5 – GO CAR RENT ALBANIA Extended Terms of Service
📌 Main terms (summary):
- Nature of the contract: non-transferable; use only by authorized persons.
- Users: only listed persons; prohibition for intoxicated, tired, etc.
- Delivery/Return: joint inspection; return in the same condition; late fee (60 min allowed).
- Liability for damage and theft: full responsibility of the Lessee; full-casco or insurance as chosen.
- Prohibited use: passenger transport for fee, racing, off-road, overloaded, etc.
- Payments: obligation to pay all expenses; credit card authorization; 6% interest above Euribor.
- Fuel: vehicle delivered with full tank; returned with the same level or refueling service charged.
- Accidents and theft: immediate notification to police and CRC; completion of reports; full liability in case of non-compliance.
- Fines and parking: full responsibility; if paid by CRC, reimbursed with administrative costs.
- Governing law: disputes resolved according to Albanian law, before the Court of Tirana.
